We want you to be happy with your figure. If you are not, you can exchange it or return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions
- The figure is unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It is sent back in its original packaging.
If you changed your mind
If the figure arrived as ordered and you simply do not like it, you can still exchange or return it. In that case, you pay the shipping costs.
If it arrived damaged or wrong
If your figure arrives broken, or you receive a different item from the one you ordered, tell us and we will replace it. You do not pay any shipping for the replacement.
How to ask for an exchange or return
Message us on Instagram at @copti.print with your name, your phone number and what you would like to do. We will arrange the pickup and your replacement or refund with you.
